Charlie McArdle is best known for his broad range of experience in all areas of a Hamptons event, including security, valet, transportation and permit consulting. His knowledge and expertise stems from his 21 year career in law enforcement on the East End. "To have a successful event you must hire a good event planner". All good event planners hire Charlie and his team. The logistics of a Hamptons event are very complex in nature and vary from one area to another. With several different government agencies in the Hamptons, each having their own codes, rules, and permit process, Charlie’s up-to-date knowledge of each agency renders him your Special Event Solution. Consulting on event permits and representing clients at town and village board meetings to insure permit approval has become his specialty.

Charlie serves as a co-founder and president of CM Security Consulting, Inc., a New York State licensed private investigative company, which specializes in event security. From the first step of “load-in” to the last step of “load-out”, CM Security Consulting handles all aspects of security.

Charlie also serves as co-founder and vice president of Peoplepool Valet Service, Inc., a comprehensive parking management company that insures the smooth execution of event plans from start to finish. Peoplepool offers valet and directional parking, transportation, shuttles, buses, and special equipment rentals.

CM Security Consulting, Inc. and Peoplepool Valet Service, Inc. were formed in 1997 and are both family owned and operated, managing over 300 events a summer season.

Jackie McArdle is best known for her ability to manage over 300 events in a single summer season. From site visits to estimates, scheduling to payroll, uniform acquisition to equipment distribution, Jackie is the reason for the overall success of both CM Security Consulting, Inc. and Peoplepool Valet Service, Inc. The logistics of a Hamptons event are complex in nature and vary from one area to another. Jackie’s intimate knowledge of local agencies and their respective codes, rules and permit processes makes her name synonymous with Special Event Solution. Parking Plans, parking diagrams, security plans, incident-action plans, and transportation manifests have become her specialties.
